A few days ago,
I think I had a dream
I was walking on the beach,
the sky flashed life scenes.
God was at my side
and we was walking on the sand
when I saw a few things I just
didn't understand.
For each scene in my life
I saw two footprints each.
I knew one was for me
cuz I always drag my feet.
From the time I started school
to the time I dropped pace.
From the time I got married
to the time I lost faith.
For each time I was happy
I saw four strong prints.
But what I saw next
just made my heart skip.
The time my dad had some
problems with his life
it looks like Christ didn't even
have to think twice.
Yo he must have often left but
There was so much more,
and what I kept on seeing
just made my anger roar
He turned his back on me,
left me all alone,
and I never understand how I
got by on my own

when my life seemed to crash?
For every single valiant turn my life took,
I couldn't see his footprints

I was on some type of vague until death
